According to the statistics of the Chengmai Pineapple Industry Association, the pineapple planting area in Chengmai has reached 8,237 acres this year. Compared to the last year, it is an increase of 150%. 213 households are involved in planting, which is an increase of 18%. The output value of each acre has reached about 144,000 yuan, which is an increase of 50%. Since the beginning of this year, 9 million kg of pineapples have been sent to the markets of Chengmai, with sales exceeding 7,5 million kg and total sales volume of 92,5 million yuan.
