The line represents the top Tecnoceam design and manufacturing quality. The line capacity is in the range of 700-2000 kg/hour depending on the input quality and size of the product or cooking recipe.
The line is designed to grill any vegetables such as eggplants, zucchini, peppers, potato, pumpkin onion or artichokes, either as a whole or in any cut dimension.
The new marking system is flexible for any products and improves the output product with a char grilled effect.
The grilled vegetables are universally considered as the most healthy cooking system, without any oil use, increasing the taste and quality.
After the grill cooking process, the vegetables can be !QF frozen or packed as antipasti or ready meals (grill and chill) or pasteurized.
The Grill Line will be available for viewing at Tecnoceam's factory up to the 15th of June for interested Clients and Visitors.
