Bouquet Fruits

“Say it with fruits”

To finance his studies in business school, the young Moroccan, Sami Aatita, founded the start-up Bouquet Fruits in January 2017. It was a success from the beginning, and today the company, which is based in Casablanca, has 10 employees. Sami manages the company with his father.

Bouquet Fruits has developed small servings of fruit arranged like flowers, fruit baskets, fruity decorations, and arrangements on request, for all occasions. Sami: "The fruits are bought from local suppliers. They’re always fresh, cut only minutes before delivery. The use of cellophane is also a way to keep our fruits fresh in summer, as well as lemon juice."

Bouquet Fruits products are all destined for the Moroccan market. Sami: "Our clients are companies, banks, catering companies and individuals. Currently, we’re looking into export through a European franchise."

Sami and his father

"The concept of bouquets already existed in other continents such as America, but I think we’re the only ones doing this here in Africa."

Sami is doing a final internship at Schneider in Grenoble at the moment
