Qin Gongwei, the associate director of the Qinba Blueberry Research Institute at the Shaanxi Science and Engineering University, represented the blueberry research institute when he signed an agreement with Shangheba National Forest Park in Ningshan County and Xi'an Qinherun Agricultural Science and Technology Co., Ltd. This was for the joint construction of a blueberry industrial facility and a blueberry experimental facility. The agreement was signed and followed by an award ceremony on April 25th and 26th.

The ceremony was hosted by the associate director of the Qinba Blueberry Research Institute, as well as Zhang Zeping, board chair of Shaanxi Dingjunshan Blueberry Science and Technology Co., Ltd., as well as director Wang Yanlong and vice-director Zhang Weixian, both of the Blueberry Research Institute Office for Selection and Cultivation, and Wang Weibin, the vice-director of the Office for Research of Processing.
