One of the largest packing companies in the US has built a sustainable onion storage using storage techniques from Tolsma. The storage has a capacity of 2,205 tonnes of onions in crates. Right now, 1,500 crates of red onions are in storage. The company is one of the oldest families growing onions in the US.
