KIKU Apples in the middle of spring
In time with the apple blossom, KIKU® sums up the past winter season positively. KIKU winter athletes were convinced all along the line. Snowboard crosser Omar Visintin, Luger Andrea Vötter and Biathlete Dominik Windisch attended the Olympic Games in Peyonchang with impressive results. Dominik returned with two Olympic medals and won the World Cup in Mix. Omar won the Team event World Cup.
KIKU Apples attended the fresh produce trade show Fruitlogistica 2018 in Berlin with its own booth, and the Fruchtwelt at Bodensee also the German Partner Salem Frucht.
Finally, the winter season ended with the spectacular Freestyle Event in Sölden. The Audi Nines 2018 fused slopestyle and snow cross to create a revolutionary event. The athletes loved the unique combination of speed and creative obstacles. Perfect closing for a week full of exciting photo and film sessions was the Public Contest Day with winners in seven categories. KIKU Apples is official vitamin sponsor and supplied the young athletes and visitors with healthy snacks, KIKU apple juice and refreshing KIKU slush in brilliant sunshine.
After this amazing winter season, KIKU is jumping into the summer season with its athletes like canoeist Hannes Aigner, the climbing queen Angelika Rainer and the Freerunner Andy Haug.
Furthermore, the third edition of the KIKU Sports Academy is planned for October: a special series of talks taking place as part of the International Mountain Summit in Brixen. The detailed program will be available soon.
