Premium quality California prunes are featuring in this year’s Easter offering from world renowned chocolatier paul.a.young.
With Mintel research revealing that confectionery continues to drive Easter purchases in the UK with 49% of Easter shoppers buying chocolate gifts in 2016, Paul has created a delicious California prune and Custard Truffle which the company said will appeal to connoisseurs looking for a highly original, experimental yet perfectly balanced flavour experience.
The chocolate features Guittard white chocolate, Madagascan Vanilla, California prune purée and an authentic Easter themed custard-yellow chocolate coating with a delicate cocoa butter decoration.
