China: Xuzhou black garlic enters the Asian market

Recently, single clove black garlic from Xuzhou has been successfully exported to South Korea. The product has already been exported to European and American markets. This was the first time that Xuzhou black garlic has been exported to the Asian country. Xuzhou is the main production and processing base of garlic in China, it exports about 300,000 tons of garlic each year. However, it is greatly affected by the current difficult situation on the garlic market and foreign anti-dumping policies.
