"China: "Garlic prices reach new low point"

Li Zhongxun (Adam) of Jinxiang Homage received a Thai delegation in their garlic packaging and storage processing factory that is located in Jinxiang, Shandong.

He explained that "the price of garlic has already reached a new low point." This could be one of the reasons why Chinese garlic receives such a warm welcome on the international market. There is a lot of pressure on the global garlic price as a result of the increased garlic production volume in China and the abundance of stored garlic from the previous production season.

The price of garlic is unlikely to rise prior to the garlic harvest.
