New snacks and fresh-cut products in Berlin

Considering that the FLIA 2018 awards are assigned based on the votes expressed by Fruit Logistica visitors, the fact that a coconut-based snack won the first place is indicative of what people prefer compared with other innovative products. 

The tendency to prefer practicality is no news: Italy, for example, was among the first countries to develop the so-called fresh-cut products, which have proven very popular over the past few decades.
