The UNPT (National Potato Producers Union) is outraged that Casino is selling 10kg of potatoes for €0.99 (€0.09/kilo). These "abusive offers" do not comply with promises made by large retailers during the food general assemblies. Producers had already brought attention to Intermarché selling potatoes for €0.11/kilo on the 4th January.
