Packaging allows fruit to breath and stay fresh
"New mesh bag design grabs attention supermarkets"
"Our company was established in 1986, and we have 32 years of experience in the industry of packaging suppliers. We predominantly manufacture packaging products such as mesh bags which allow fruit to breathe and stay fresh. This allows for a great degree of control over photosynthesis and respiration in fruit and vegetables after they have been harvested, which leads to the ability to keep food fresh," according to Allen of Diamond Packaging.
"Our packaging products are used with fruit and vegetable products that weigh between 1.5 kg and 25 kg. As for the kinds of products we offer, there are six main packaging products. Among those products the large, evenly woven bags are mainly used for onions, citrus fruit, pomelo, and jackfruit. The finely woven bags are mainly used for potatoes and sweet potatoes. The small, half mesh bags are mainly used for fruits and vegetables with a coarse skin such as tangerines and oranges. The convenient and relatively strong handbag, however, can be used for nearly all fruits and vegetables."
In recent years, about 90% of our products were exported overseas, predominantly to the North American market, while only 10% was sold on the domestic market. This year, the company has made the development of the Australian market one of its focal points. Looking at the Chinese market, we have good prospects. In the domestic industry we offer integrated solutions for the entire process for fruits and vegetables from the moment they enter the warehouse, all the way through washing, drying, selecting, packaging, and stacking them. Furthermore, we provide a series of services for the protection of machinery that is used daily, for brand strategy, warehouse safety, and product distribution."

"According to our observations, there are differences in the requirements of overseas and domestic markets for packaging products. We provide reasonable proposals and ideas based on the characteristics of the products that need to be packaged, to satisfy the varied requirements of domestic and overseas customers to the highest degree possible. For example, for the relatively highly automated Dutch market we provide 25 kg evenly perforated bags that are extremely suitable for the automated packaging of onions. And for Eastern Europe, Russia, and neighboring countries, where automated packaging is at a relatively low level, we provide potato bags for the manual production line."

"The convenient and relatively sturdy 1.5 kg handbag and half-mesh bag currently receive a lot of attention in large-scale, domestic supermarkets. Customers can read product information on the non-mesh half of the bag. This puts their mind at ease. At the same time, for supermarkets and farmers, these functional bags extend the preservation period of fresh fruits and vegetables. It also makes their shelves look more attractive."
