Southern Produce Distributors, Inc., a provider of sweet potatoes, announced the addition of Heath Johnsey as the new operations manager.
“We are very excited to add Johnsey to our team,” Kelley Precythe, President and Owner of Southern Produce stated, “Johnsey will be a big asset to SPD and will be an intricate part of helping take SPD to the next level.”
Johnsey brings with him twenty plus years’ experience in upper management within the automotive industry and has served multiple Fortune 500 companies. He earned his bachelor’s degree from Auburn University and is certified in lean manufacturing.
Johnsey will be based at Southern Produce’s headquarters in Faison, NC.
