Switzerland:
Gebrüder Roelli AG taken over by Mundo AG
The transition includes the acquisition of the entire trading business, concerning vegetables, salads and fruits as well as frozen, ready-to-eat and dairy products.
The management of the two companies said they would merge the operating businesses and the entire product line. In future, Mundo AG customers will be served from a single source. All employees of the companies will continue to be employed, by Mundo AG. Gebrüder Roelli AG will continue as a management company.
