China: Pomegranates from Yuncheng sold in Canada

The Shanxi border inspection and Quarantine bureau recently reported that 520 kilograms of pomegranates from Yuncheng city (Shanxi province) have smoothly cleared the customs in Canada. This was the first time Yuncheng had successfully exported fruit to Canada, not counting the export of winter dates. This batch of pomegranates were all produced by a registered exporting orchard in the administrative region of Yuncheng. After having met the required standards at the Office for Inspection and Quarantine in Yuncheng, the necessary proofs will be granted and products will be allowed to pass.
