The Mid-Autumn Festival of the lunar calendar and the National Day are golden times for transactions on the fruit market and business is buzzing.
Before the festivals, business operators held on to their sources to safeguard their supply. During this year's perfect encounter between the National Day and the Mid-Autumn Festival, with a long vacation period succeeded by a shorter vacation period, the market has seen two days full of purchases and sales. According to reports, the amount of market deals during September has grown by 20.55% in comparison to the last period, and have a gross value increased by 27.58%. The cumulative amount of business deals of the three last seasons has grown by 23.15%, their respective gross value has gone up by 45.57%. The turnover has by now already exceeded last year's total turnover;
Grapes are one of the main forces on the fruit market. This is because there is a large abundance of grape varieties which can be offered to consumers on the market. The many varieties, brands and sizes, improves the quality of the fruit. In addition, this year's price of produced grapes is slightly lower than last year's, and has dropped by 5.47%. Currently the most frequently used are the U-shaped bubble boxes and a new type of white plastic bag. because they can easily be carried and reduce the wear and tear during transportation.
