The twelfth Chinese gourmet festival and the second Chinese Shandong cuisine festival were held simultaneously between September 15th and 17th. The main exhibition took place within the center for international conferences and exhibitions in Jinnan city (Shandong province). The main meeting places were a large building in Shandong province and a business block that fuses several characteristics of the old trading ports.
In these places promotions of top quality Shandong dishes were presented, as well as a snack festival with outstanding and tasty Jinnan food, as well as interactive activities for the visitors. During the festival, a 'watermelon dish' which was cooked by an American chef attracted the attention of visitors, who stopped by the stand to get a bite.
