Canadawide is a proud and active partner of the Heart and Stroke Foundation and recently supported a team that made it up to the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro.
A son of one of Canadawide’s suppliers climbed the mountain. His trek started in Arusha, Tanzania on June 1th and he reached the summit a week later.
“This is one of many charitable causes we proudly contribute to,” says George Pitsikoulis with Canadawide. Heart disease and strokes take one Canadian life every seven minutes, a life likely taken too soon because 80 percent of premature heart disease and strokes are preventable.
