China: Pagoda hosts Cherry festival

On June 16, the first Cherry Festival was staged in Shenzhen, organised by fruit retailer Pagoda. Qinzhou is a place in central China. Pagoda's assistant chairman of the board of directors and head of the government and public relations department Mr. Ding Lin made a speech. Deputy mayor Huo Weiping of Shenzhen and deputy secretary of of the district Li Jiming attended the event. The motto of the festival was "Qinzhou big cherry, most delicious".

The festival was aimed to promote the Qinzhou cherry brand, to increase the prominence of Qinzhou cherries and to promote the healthy development of the Qinzhou cherry industry.
