Aldi launches limited edition Granny Smith apples for Wimbledon

To signal the launch of one of Britain’s most iconic sporting events, Wimbledon, discount supermarket Aldi has launched limited edition Granny Smith Apples for one week only, which will be available in all stores across the UK from Thursday 29 June.

The tube of four Granny Smith apples has been designed to echo a pack of tennis balls and will retail at £0.99. Shoppers should hurry however, as the limited edition apples will be offered for a limited time on a while supplies last basis.
