Savortree is offering a new way to enjoy ginger with Herb Crystals which is the newest flavor in the Herb Crystals, Flower Crystals and Fruit Crystals line by Fresh Origins, a San Diego-based company.
The company claims the crystals add a crunch with ginger spice. They are meant to be added to salads, meats, seafood, pastries, fresh fruit, gelato, chocolate and even cocktails.
For Mixology they can be used as glass rimmers and the crystals can be used for tea as well. Savortree Crystals are available in the following flavors: Basil, Cilantro, Ginger, Habanero, Mint, Fennel, Rose, Hibiscus, Cranberry, and Pumpkin Spice. They are shelf-stable and best used before 6 months, but can be frozen for a longer shelf-life.
