Sara also took part in a few preparatory meetings where it was explained that a small revolution is underway in British fast foods, as recipes are including more and more vegetables. Pioneer of the London Produce Show is OP Giuliano Puglia Fruit from Rutigliano (Bari), which exports table grapes to Great Britain. "One of the most popular varieties is Pristine, a late white seedless variety with a good shelf-life. 2017 will be an important year due to Brexit, but we remain positive as, so far, our sales have not been affected. We have been taking part in the fair since the first edition and those who work well are truly rewarded."
