Intelligent camera provides growth curves and revenue estimates

During Dé Appeldag (the apple day), Delphy will introduce the Intelligent Fruit Vision (IVF) to fruit growers. In cooperation with The Greenery, Delphy will conduct measurements with the high tech sensing techniques in 2017. With the help of spectral cameras, various measurements will be conducted in the fruit cultivation.

In this way, growth curves and revenue estimates can be provided for various companies. Various studies are also being conducted to gather more information about the usefulness and added value of this technique in fruit cultivation. Based on the data collected, Delphy will take steps towards the development and application of sensing techniques in the cultivation of fruit. Interested growers can contact Delphy.

Dé Appeldag will be held on Thursday 29 June from 10:30 AM to 8:00 PM at fruit cultivation company Oskam, Neerijnse Mark 6B, 4182 SB Neerijnen. Entry is free. Dé Appeldag 2017 is an initiative of NFO Kring Midden-Nederland and Delphy.
