The garlic plantation surface has doubled, and it is starting to become clear that several areas are holding back their produce to gain market share. As new garlic keeps entering the market, sellers will focus on getting rid of stock from their refrigerated storage, which will largely increase the market supply. It is estimated that the garlic price will drop even lower from now on.
