Italy: Cicioni fermented nut cheese

A brand new product that raised the interest of visitors at Biofach in Nuremberg. A cheese with no milk, obtained by fermenting nuts and presented by Eurocompany in Russi (Ravenna).


"Cicioni" is a vegan cheese made with almonds and cashew nuts. It has fewer ingredients than any other product in this segment. It is lactose and gluten free and has no additives, preservatives or added sugars. In addition, it is obtained through a fermentation process.
