China: Wenshan customs intercept undeclared peppers

Recently, the Wenshan Inspection and Quarantine Bureau staff searched a Vietnamese truck and discovered a batch of undeclared peppers. Checks revealed a total of 18 bags of peppers weighing 900 kg. The carrier was unable to provide the relevant legal documents. Law enforcement officers from the Wenshan Inspection and Quarantine Bureau gave a stern warning to the Vietnamese driver and sent him back across the border.
