Switzerland: More apples stored

In February the volume of apples in storage was higher than the previous year.
 
On the 28th of February 40,375 metric tons of apples were still in storage according to Swisscofel, SOV and Bio Suisse. The 39,628 metric tons of stored Swiss-Guarantee apples is 1,678 metric tons higher than the amount stored in the previous year, while the amount of organic apples, 747 metric tons, is 1,130 metric tons lower than the previous year.
