This new brand will be in addition to the existing Elara Gold range which covers all categories of fresh produce and will be available to retailers & foodservice outlets next year. The concept of this new brand is to focus on taste. "Its a very important part of fresh produce which is regularly overlooked to achieve shelf life or margin. This is about a good taste experience and so far the feedback is suberb," according to Yvonne.
