Saudi Arabia increases import levies on potatoes and beans

Saudi Arabia has changed its import levies. They have risen considerably, and it concerns a wide range of (agricultural) goods. For example, the levy on fresh potatoes and beans increases from 5 to 12 per cent. Lemon, pineapple and orange juice with a brix level of 20 or higher will see an increase in import tariffs from 5 to 10 per cent. Non-concentrate mango, guava and carrot juice levies will also increase to 10 per cent. Mixed fruit juice will see an increase to 8 per cent.
