Freshline Foods launches vegetable noodles

Freshline Foods, a Canadian processor of fresh-cut, value added fruits and vegetables, has launched a new vegetable noodle product. The Foodle (Fun-Vegetable-Noodle) transforms common vegetables into a noodle replacement.

"This is truly a whole vegetable noodle that is all natural, gluten free and vegan. The Foodle will transform any common meal into a culinary delight!" the company claimed in a press release.

Veggie Foodle comes in nine different varieties as follows: beet, butternut squash, carrot, green zucchini, root blend, turnip, yam, yellow zucchini and zucchini blend.

“Veggie Foodle’s are available for food service and retail. They’re a fantastic way to up your vegetable game, the possibilities are endless,” says Noel Brigido, VP of Freshline Foods.
