During the Fruit Logistica in Berlin, the Sorma Group will present its new Sormabag packaging. Sorma has responded to requests from the market by developing a completely recyclable net packaging. The new Sormabag packaging will be presented in a version with the traditional woven netting.
Benefits of Sormabag packaging
- Packaging is completely recyclable, no metal clips or paper label used;
- Much less plastic than other existing net packaging;
- Product visible in the packaging;
- Packaging is ‘easy to take’;
- Enough space on handle to communicate with customer.
Sorma presents the new Sormabag packaging and its other new fresh produce packing concepts in hall 8.2 at stand B15.
During the Fruit Logistica, Sorma will also present its new Sormatech sorting machine. The introduction of this new rolling sorter was very positively received on the market. During the fair, demonstrations will be given using the machine. The following is a video of a number of realised projects:
