Companies looking for a complete packing solution can visit the stand of Ilapak during the Fruit Logistica. Ilapak is active in flexible film packing fresh products. Ilapak presents itself at the Fruit Logistica 2017 with as many as five machines, two complete weighing and packing lines and one horizontal flowpacker.
Sturdy potato packing line
The Ilapak Vegatronic 1000 makes up a nice potato double act with the Manter 16 V Weigher, which can be seen in Hall 4.1, stand D-07. Because this line was designed to be robust, both machines are sturdy. Additionally, the potatoes can be packaged in the popular paper laminate packaging with a window, to present potatoes in a unique manner.
This vertical packer is suitable for Pillow, Blocked, Quattro and Pouch packaging, but will be presented at the fair with the popular Paper Laminate potato packaging with window. The Vegatronic 1000 can be easily combined with the Manter 16 V Weigher. With as much as 16 weighing bins, this machine is the latest development from Manter.
The correct amount of lettuce in five types of bags
Thanks to new technologies, the Ilapak weigher WA 14-65 offers the highest speeds for weighing lettuce. While the lettuce goes through two weighing and dosing bins, this weigher has an additional bin for storing lettuce which weighs a bit more than the desired weight. The machine remembers this amount and uses it later in the process. This results in less product loss and higher speeds. The packer suitable for this weigher is the Vegatronic 6000. The weigher and this packer are inseparable and ensure an efficient weighing and packing line. The Vegatronic 6000 has grown into a lettuce packer, despite being able to pack various products. This is due to the hygienic construction and the possibility to switch to five different types of packaging without tools: Pillow, Blocked, Quattro, Easypack and Doystyle.
Carrera 1000: Pack to the future
The Ilapak Carrera 1000 makes horizontally packing fruit more accessible, for the sister of the Carrera 6000 is cheaper, and throughput times are shorter. It remains similar as regards hygiene, because this machine is also made from stainless steel, and the design is such that it can be properly cleaned. Because of this, the packer is suitable for fruit such as apples, tomatoes, peaches, plums and kiwi fruit.Hall 7.1, stand B-03
