Pooling Partners takes over Spanish pallet pooling company El Palet Verde

Faber Halbertsma Groep BV, which is active on the market under the name Pooling Partners, is taking over Spanish company El Palet Verde. The starting point of the agreement is that Pooling Partners continues the cooperation with existing customers and the service centre of El Palet Verde. With this, the European pallet and pooling company strengthens the newly created synergy.

The acquisition of the Spanish pallet pooling company marks the international growth of Pooling Partners and increases the range of distribution in Spain and Portugal. The European market leader in pallet production and pooling takes over the shares of the Spanish company from Zara & Logic SL. 

Thanks to the large pallet pool network of El Palet Verde, which is coordinated from the head office in Madrid, retail customers are guaranteed the pallet quality they need: the current number of pallets is always quickly available at the desired place and time. The Spanish company consists of 32 depots for maintenance of its active pallet pool in Spanish and Portuguese retail chains. El Palet Verde generates a turnover of approximately five million euro annually.

In order to make as much use as possible from the synergy advantages, the El Palet Verde pallet pool will completely be integrated in the IPP Logipal pool network of Pooling Partners.
