Chinese Agricultural Fertiliser helps Laos banana cultivation

The official launch of the 'One Belt and Road' strategy, as a thorough measure to push forward cooperation with related governments, provides a new opportunity for the development for the Chinese agriculture to 'go further'. In the past few years, the Chinese banana industry has had a development towards the ASEAN countries that is picking up speed. In addition, there are the needs that are tied to the economic development of the ASEAN countries themselves. Countries like Laos, Cambodia and Myanmar all have banana industries that are growing rapidly.

The Guangdong Chinese Agriculture Fertiliser company closely follows the banana industry to go beyond China. The company provides services for the local banana cultivation enterprises. Currently, brands like 'Chinese Agriculture Number One' and 'Meikete' are entering the market of Laos. They bring advanced cultivation techniques and new products to the banana industry that will usher in big developments for the local industry.

A few days ago, some people of the Guandong Chinese Agriculture Fertiliser service team went to the Namo banana cultivation base in Laos. They helped to teach the application effect of 'Meikete' composite fertiliser. The goal of the team was definitely achieved, as the banana trees are filled with lush bananas. The people responsible for the Namo cultivation base have applied the fertiliser according to prescription: in the first period, the Chinese Agriculture N°1 composite fertiliser was used together with organic fertiliser. Potassium fertiliser was also applied as a base fertiliser. Afterwards, the 'Meikete' high nitrogen trickle fertiliser was used to grow sprouts. At the beginning of the blooming period, the composite fertiliser of 'Meikete' was used once more and in the last period, the high potassium trickle fertiliser of 'Meikete' was used again together with an additional potassium fertiliser. During the whole growing period, the leaves of the plants were green and tender with a thick and solid trunk. This effectively suppressed the possibility of diseases and insects. It also ensured that the bananas got a continuous stream of nutrition. Under the guidance of the people of Guangdong Chinese Agriculture Fertiliser, the banana trees of the cultivation orchard grew up to 10 bunches of bananas. Compared to the 7 bunches of bananas per tree that are grown with the traditional method, the results of the production increase are abundantly clear.
