Nominated for FLIA

Automated spiralizer Mod. Streamer convert vegetables in pasta

Turatti Group announced that the Mod. Streamer has been nominated for the prestigious Fruit Logistica Innovation Award 2017.

The new patent-pending automated spiralizer from Turatti Group allows to obtain a wide range of spiralized products, with different shapes and sizes. This solution allows to convert vegetables like Carrots, Zucchinis, Sweet Potatoes…into spiral-shaped, pasta-type noodles. A wide range of vegetarian “spaghetti”, “tagliatelle” and “Gnocchi” can be obtained, recovering otherwise unutilized parts from firm fruits and vegetables (stalks, irregular products…). Combining high capacity with amazing quality and versatility, the model allows a seamless operation to allow a high volume production with only one operator, a process unachievable with the small commercial kitchen tools.

“Innovation is in our DNA and we are pleased to provide another cutting edge solution to vegetable processors, allowing them to offer new and healthy products”, said Alessandro Turatti President of Turatti North America. “It is an incredible achievement to be selected among the best from the large number of proposed nominations received from Fruit Logistica this year.”

"The horizontal feeding system permits to obtain perfect and homogeneous noodles and spiralized vegetables, in an almost infinite combination of cuts, shape and lengths. Due to its configuration, the unit can be supplied in a wide variety of models ranging from compact to high-capacity industrial solutions."
