Spain: Continuous shift introduced to agriculture to improve efficiency

Having more time to enjoy with our family and our passions; more time to continue studying, or to simply rest; such things contribute to our well-being, but are often limited by working hours.

This is the philosophy of one of Spain's leading companies in the field of phytonutrients, which is bringing the Scandinavian continuous shift model to the agricultural sector; a model centred around well-being, which strives for growth, supported by the work carried out by a more efficient team.

Consequently, from 2 January 2017, Codiagro is changing its work schedule for both production and offices and will switch to a 7:00 am to 3:00 pm format.

"Within our Corporate Social Responsibility policy, we attach great importance to the quality of our work," explains Antonio Andreu, Marketing Manager at Codiagro.

"We consider it essential to have a good family life. We know (as it has been shown) that personal well-being results in greater efficiency and productivity. With this change of schedule, we will therefore offer a more efficient service," stated a spokesperson for the company.
