The Association of Fruit Exporters of Chile AG (Asoex) signed an agreement with United Airlines that will allow members of the organization to obtain up to 15% discounts on tickets to all destinations via United Airlines or United Express.
The agreement was signed last week by Ronald Bown, President of Asoex, and Arlette Cifuentes, Sales Manager of United Airlines Chile.
"Asoex partners can begin to make use of this agreement immediately. The agreement will be valid for ticket purchase until June 1, 2017, but the travel date may be beyond that period. Our idea is to evaluate the operation of this agreement for its duration," said Cifuentes.
Cifuentes also stated that the agreement would allow the travellers to accumulate miles in United Airlines' Mileage Plus program, as well as in any program of any member of the Star Alliance.
To make use of the benefits of this agreement, Asoex members must prove that they are currently members, for which they can present the association's institutional membership mail or use other means of accreditation.
