Peruvian agro-exporter joins global community of B Corps

After an intense and exhaustive process of reviewing its current practices, the Peruvian agro-exporter Valle y Pampa has been officially certified as a B Corporation. Since its creation, Valle y Pampa has been actively devoted to enforcing sustainable agriculture, so all its activities fall under a single philosophy of responsibility and positive impact. The company devotes considerable efforts and resources to excel in social and environmental responsibility, as well as in maximising the well-being of its partners.

This integrated approach is implemented by a community of organizations called B Corps (http://www.sistemab.org/ingles/home), which Valle and Pampa has recently succeeded in joining.

The companies that are part of this international community take into account the well-being of people, society and nature as part of their management and measurement of success. In this way, Valle y Pampa reaffirms its commitment to building a favourable ecosystem to solve social and environmental problems.
