According to William, the demand at the start was lower. "This is because it was good weather here too. At the moment it's a lot colder and the interest in citrus is rising. The prices were high at the start, but are now fairly normal." He expects an improvement in the supply with the coming Clemenules variety. "Now the weather in Spain is also more favourable, so the quality of the citrus is expected to be great over the coming weeks."
