Voedingscentrum launches new vegetable promotion: “Eat us more”

The Voedingscentrum launches a new campaign, focused on eating more fresh food. In the campaign, the vegetables themselves call out to be eaten more often.

Encouraging people to eat more vegetables is one of the campaign’s objectives. With the new food pyramid, the Voedingscentrum raised the advice of eating 200 grammes of vegetables per day to 250 grammes. Every bite of vegetables means a benefit to your body.

Most people eat vegetables with their hot meal. With this campaign the Voedingscentrum wants to show that you can eat vegetables whenever and wherever, for lunch and as a snack.

Under the guise of ‘Time for a vegetable update,’ the Voedingscentrum dares people to fill in a short quiz that indicates how many vegetables they consume in a day. They then immediately receive tips on how to easily consume more vegetables, throughout the day.
