Zhengjiang province

China: First batch of exported blueberries sent for inspection

On October 12th, inspectors from Shaoxing Inspection and Quarantine Bureau in Zhengjiang province, examined a batch of blueberries from Shaoxing city. They were looking for overall quality and potentially harmful pesticide residues. 


 

This batch of blueberries was cultivated by Zhengjiang Medelley Biotechnology Co. Ltd. It weighs 20,000 kilos and is worth 9,370 US dollars. After the inspection and quarantine, they will be shipped safely to Japan.

 
This is the first batch of exported blueberries from Zhejiang province, and the upcoming export destinations includes Malaysia and Singapore etc.
