RayTec presents Dryce

At Madrid's Fruit Attraction, we were particularly impressed by Dryce, a RayTec Vision machine. Sales Manager Cristina Sani talked to us about it.

"We have always manufactured sorting machines for the fresh, minimally processed, stored, dehydrated and frozen produce. As regards the frozen produce, we had always stopped one stage before freezing, but with this machine we can proceed even after the freezing tunnel. It is also suitable for dried nuts."

The machine sorts the products after freezing or dehydrating with particular attention to foreign bodies, colour defects and shell residues. Its main characteristic is the round pipes and curved lines. "The technology used is called Decarey, as it uses ten frequencies. The machine is a slide-in with double vision. I would like to point out that the design is not only good aesthetically but it is also functional, as the machine is very easy to clean."
