Michelin Star Chef to prepare potato dishes at PMA show

RPE, Inc., as part of their continued partnership with Chef Joey Elenterio, will deliver two signature dishes at this year’s PMA Fresh Summit Convention and Expo, using Tasteful Selections™ bite-sized potatoes and Old Oak Farms® new Party Potatoes. Join RPE and Chef Joey at booth 235, as he creates delectable dishes featuring purple potatoes and a medley of fingerling potatoes.

Chef Joey has received 1 Michelin Star, during his tenure as executive chef at Chez TJ in Mountain View, California, and since then has served as executive chef for Tyler Florence’s Wayfare Tavern and, most recently, was the executive chef and partner at Cadence in San Francisco. He has also been honored in Zagat’s 30 under 30 and with the San Francisco Chronicle’s Rising Star Chef award.

At PMA Fresh Summit, RPE will be featuring their Impact Award nominees and newest products from Tasteful Selections: Take & Shake™ single-serve cups and Season & Savor™ microwavable trays. RPE will also introduce Old Oak Farms® Party Potatoes and have an assortment of organic potatoes and White Russet® brand potatoes.
