MPH 1000 and MPH 5000: new TopControl multi-head scales.

MPH 1000 is smaller and it has been designed for leveled packaging of fruit and vegetables, such as 4 apple packaging boxes, or eggplant or potato boxes. In detail, the system consists of two trays that are the scales; once they are loaded, the software (a derivative of StatisticsWeights) allows an optimal filling of trays on their target weight, or to bring already pre-filled units on their nominal weight. The flexible and intuitive use of the multi-head scales reduces worktime and costs.

MPH 5000, on the other hand, has been designed for leveled packaging of smaller and more sensitive products, such as strawberries, mixed berries, blueberries, or cherry tomatoes. The system allows the operator to work on 8 different packaging boxes at a time. Under the packaging there is a scale and above it an interface which minimises the over filling per tray with integrated operation modes for weight control.
MPH 5000 allows operators to work on 8 packaging boxes a time. A system of lights allows operators to know if they need to add or take off fruits to reach the leveled weight.
Once all the 8 packaging boxes have reached their leveled weight, a conveyor belt moves the boxes to the next step of the packaging chain, while the 8 scales are loaded with more boxes to be filled. MPH 5000 as well as MPH 1000 allows you to monitor times, weight and performance of each packaging box.
