First China International Fruit Conference

From September 1 to September 3, the China Chamber of Commerce of Foodstuffs and Domestic Produce and the China Fruit Marketing Association (CFMA) held the 2016 China International Fruit Conference at the ancient city of Xi'an. Even though the conference is being held for the first time, the conference drew in a crowd of leading figures and professional organisations from all over the world. Present were Zespri, Joyivio Golden Wing Mao, and Goodfarmer, Jifeng Fruits, the Haisheng Group, the International Apple and Pear Association, the Polish Fruit and Vegetable Association and others. 

On the last day of the conference was reserved for a visit to the local concentrated hybrid apple cultivation base. Shaanxi's Haisheng and Huasheng companies presented their active exploration in apple cultivation techniques and the application of the advanced packaging line after harvest. Both of these aspects were the objects for profound thoughts about the future developments of the traditional apple industry.
