Willem Dijk AGF starts Okitsu tangerines from Filosofo

This week, the Spanish citrus season from Filosofo started at Willem Dijk AGF in Enschede. "We received the first Iwasaki, or Okitsu tangerines, last Monday. The Okitsu from Filosofo do not show heating damage. This is due to the fact that they slightly heat the fruit for colouring. This happens without the use of additives. Other brands are usually heated with additives," says Willem Dijk Jr "Just as we are used to, the tangerines are packaged nicely in heavy wooden crates of 10 kilo. The tangerines are available in 4 sizes: 82, 98, 108, and 120."
