“We’ve been exhibiting at the PMA show for a few years, three to be specific,” said Steven Wang of Golden Beach, Inc. At this year’s show, Golden Beach will be showcasing its fruit cups and dry roasted snacks. “We’re choosing to showcase these products because they are easy to take and eat in this on-the-go world,” shared Wang. “Also, the dry roasted snacks easily tie into produce because they can be added to salads and fit into today’s health trends for high protein and fiber snacks.”
“We’ll be highlighting our wasabi peas, dry roasted edamame, chickpeas and more, all of which can be eaten as healthy and convenient snacks or added to salads for additional flavour and crunch,” shared Wang. All of these snacks are available in resealable, stand-up plastic bags, which help the snacks to retain their freshness.
Also to be introduced will be the company’s fruit cups, another convenient, on-the-go snack line. Each cup comes with its own spork, making it much easier for consumers to eat them wherever they are. “Every 8 oz. fruit cup is shelf-stable for up to two years,” according to Wang.
