"The iFresh Asian Fruit Convention was founded in 2012. "The 2015 convention in Shanghai (autumn edition) brought together 450 participating exhibiting shops and 508 professional sellers. 11,480 visitors came from 20 countries, including Australia, France, Korea, Singapore, Chile and Peru, as well as Chinese visitors from 45 different cities and regions. 93.6% of the visitors said they received great market information and were eager to come back to the next convention. This gave us a great motivation. In preparation for the 2016 convention, we carefully planned the guest lecturers, exhibitions and times of activities. Judging from the past three conventions, things are improving every year."
"The main theme of the September 2016 iFresh Asian Fruit and Vegetable Production Summit is 'A new way of thinking'. It is mainly promoted by lectures and small discussion platforms. During the convention, we will invite a fair number of 'big shots' from the industry: people who have created brands and supply methods will express their own views on the matter. "From November 14 to 16 this year, iFresh's annual distinguished meeting will take place. We will hold a large-scale convention in the new International Polish Centre in Shanghai. The exhibition will cover fruit and vegetable products, installations for further processing, delivery technology and businesses, fresh produce retail industry and technology and cultivation and post-harvesting technology. It is estimated that some 35,000 visitors will come to the convention.
