The Wuyi Logistic Park is a key project in Jianyang District, Fujian Province. As the first comprehensive logistic park in the region, this project is designed for 2 phases. The first phase covers an area of 7.9 hectares, with a construction area of 33,620 square meters. With a total investment of 150,000,000 Yuan, it is estimated to be ready by November 2017. Upon its completion, it can bring an annual turnover of 260,000,000 Yuan, with a tax contribution of 12,600,000 Yuan. Moreover, the storage area, logistic distribution area, courier re-distribution center, cold chain logistic area, large parking facilities and car maintenance region will all be built, and it can offer operation vehicle tonnage of 11,500 tons, offering a daily amount of 12,400 tons cargo-handling capacity.
Regarding the 2nd phase, it will cover an area of 8 hectares, and the same investment of 150,000,000 Yuan will be spent for this phase. The e-commerce logistic center (or e-commerce incubator base), 2nd phase storage area, swap trailer transport area, 2nd phase cold chain region and agriculture products wholesale and distribution area will be built here.
It is known that upon the completion of the first and 2nd phase projects, the Wuyi Logistic Park will have the capacity to handle over 20,000 tonnage, and its daily cargo handling capacity will be over 24,000 tons. They are expected to welcome over 300 enterprises and offer over 3,000 employment positions. Furthermore, it can gradually build its " internet and circulation industry" together, and connect each process of the whole system, from information, logistic, transportation, swap trailer transport, courier distribution, maintenance, storage, cold chain and e-commerce, trade, to agricultural product distribution. This modern comprehensive logistic park will become the largest logistic information platform in the Minbei region, and it will further connect Wuyi Xinqu, coastal regions and radiate to Zhejiang Province and Jiangxi Province. By then it will reach an annual turnover of 0.5-0.6 billion Yuan, with over 50 million Yuan's annual tax contribution.
