Tasty & Fresh line with guacamole and salsa package

Dutch fruit and vegetable trader Levarht, after consulting with numerous customers, has expanded its Tasty & Fresh exotics line with a Guacamole Kit and a Tomato Salsa Dip. "The convenience for the consumer is central in these packages. They all have fresh ingredients in one package with the recipe included," says Natasja van Angeren, responsible for Levarht's marketing.

The Salsa dip consists of tomatoes, a red onion, a pepper and a lime. The guacamole is also complemented with garlic and avocados. "It's an all in one package with fresh ingredients to prepare your own guacamole or salsa dip at home," says Natasja. "With these introductions, we want to show that tasty treat at a get together with family or friends doesn't have to consist of unhealthy snacks or dips. You can taste the freshness in these products."

"The biggest demand is currently coming from high end retailers in Europe and the Middle East. Hopefully we will be able to expand this quickly, so it won't be limited to just guacamole and salsa. We will continue to develop with our customers, listen to the consumers together and hope to soon launch more in our Tasty & Fresh line," concludes Natasja.
